These Terms govern your use of the FlyAgent™ platform at flyagent.app and any associated chat interface ("Jack"). The platform is operated by MATonics Global Ventures GmbH, Windhag 8, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany. By using FlyAgent™ you agree to these Terms.

FlyAgent™ is an AI-assisted travel concierge that helps users discover and book flights using IATA-certified inventory sourced via a certified GDS provider. The AI assistant ("Jack") gathers your trip requirements in natural language and presents bookable options. The service is fully automated; no human operator takes part in the chat. For anything the assistant cannot resolve, contact us by email (see Imprint).

A binding transport contract is formed exclusively between you and the operating airline upon successful ticket issuance. MATonics Global Ventures GmbH acts as a booking facilitator. The carrier's conditions of carriage, fare rules, and any baggage, cancellation, or change fees apply in addition to these Terms.

Displayed prices include taxes and carrier surcharges as quoted by the GDS at the moment of search. During the beta, MATonics Global Ventures GmbH charges no service fee. Every price shown is the total you pay, including all taxes and surcharges. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until ticketing is complete.

FlyAgent™ is currently offered as a beta. Features may change or be paused, and online bookings are limited to a total of EUR 1,000 per booking. A booking only becomes binding when you press "Book and pay" after reviewing the summary and the total price.

Responses generated by Jack are AI-assisted and may contain inaccuracies. Final fare conditions, baggage allowances, and travel restrictions are governed by the carrier's official terms shown at booking. You are responsible for verifying travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination) before departure.

Maps, times and travel information: airport maps (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors), walking, transfer, queue and travel times, leave-home times and route suggestions are estimates based on public and third-party data. They are not guaranteed to be complete, current or accurate. Always follow airport signs, airline and airport announcements and the official sources we link. Entry requirements are shown with their official source; the official source prevails.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds follow the rules of the carrier and fare class booked. MATonics Global Ventures GmbH will assist with processing eligible requests by email but cannot waive carrier rules. During the beta no service fee is charged.

No right of withdrawal: for flight bookings there is no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312 (2) No. 14 BGB, passenger transport). Whether you can cancel or change a ticket, and at what cost, depends only on the fare rules shown before you book.

You agree to provide accurate traveller information, to use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not to circumvent technical restrictions or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without prior written consent.

MATonics Global Ventures GmbH's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body, or health, and breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten). For ordinary negligence in the breach of an essential obligation, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Liability under the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG) remains unaffected.

MATonics Global Ventures GmbH may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced on the platform with reasonable notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where the other party is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.

MATonics Global Ventures GmbH is not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings (§ 36 VSBG).
