These Terms govern your use of the FlyAgent™ platform at flyagent.app and any associated chat interface ("Jack"). The platform is operated by MATonics Global Ventures GmbH, Windhag 8, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany. By using FlyAgent™ you agree to these Terms.

FlyAgent™ is an AI-assisted travel concierge that helps users discover and book flights using IATA-certified inventory sourced via a certified GDS provider. The AI assistant ("Jack") gathers your trip requirements in natural language and presents bookable options. A human operator at MATonics Global Ventures GmbH can take over any conversation at any time.

A binding transport contract is formed exclusively between you and the operating airline upon successful ticket issuance. MATonics Global Ventures GmbH acts as a booking facilitator. The carrier's conditions of carriage, fare rules, and any baggage, cancellation, or change fees apply in addition to these Terms.

Displayed prices include taxes and carrier surcharges as quoted by the GDS at the moment of search. MATonics Global Ventures GmbH may add a transparent service fee, which is shown before you confirm any booking. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until ticketing is complete.

Responses generated by Jack are AI-assisted and may contain inaccuracies. Final fare conditions, baggage allowances, and travel restrictions are governed by the carrier's official terms shown at booking. You are responsible for verifying travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination) before departure.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds follow the rules of the carrier and fare class booked. MATonics Global Ventures GmbH will assist with processing eligible requests but cannot waive carrier rules. Service fees charged by MATonics Global Ventures GmbH are non-refundable unless required by law.

You agree to provide accurate traveller information, to use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not to circumvent technical restrictions or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without prior written consent.

MATonics Global Ventures GmbH's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body, or health, and breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten). For ordinary negligence in the breach of an essential obligation, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Liability under the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG) remains unaffected.

MATonics Global Ventures GmbH may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced on the platform with reasonable notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts of Offenbach am Main, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
