Regulatory framework & service scope

MATonics Global Ventures GmbH operates FlyAgent™ as an AI-assisted travel concierge and flight booking interface. Tickets and booking inventory are sourced from IATA-certified GDS providers.

Important: FlyAgent™ does not provide regulated financial services, investment advice, or activities requiring authorization under KWG, WpHG, or GewO § 34f. Travel insurance, payment processing, and ticket fulfilment are subject to the terms of the underlying carrier or third-party provider.

Liability for content (§ 7 DDG)

MATonics Global Ventures GmbH is responsible for its own content under general law. We are not obligated to monitor third-party information that we transmit or store, nor to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block use of information under general law remain unaffected.

Liability for links (§ 8 DDG)

External links are provided for informational purposes only. MATonics Global Ventures GmbH has no influence on the content of linked sites and assumes no liability for third-party content.

Liability limitation

Liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body, or health, and breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten). Total liability for claims arising from website usage that go beyond confirmed bookings is limited to €1,000, except where unlimited liability is mandated by law. Liability for confirmed bookings is governed by the Terms & Conditions and the carrier's conditions of carriage.

Dispute resolution

All legal relationships are governed exclusively by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts of Offenbach am Main, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
